Welcome! We are so glad you are here. We are the Topsfield Elementary Schools Parent Teacher Organization, and this website serves as the information hub for those eager to support Topsfield elementary students at Steward and Proctor schools.
TESPTO supports our Topsfield administrators and educators in maintaining quality education and improving programs offered to our elementary school children. Together, our goal is to help our kids
reach theirs.

2023-2024 Membership Drive
TESPTO serves our Steward and Proctor communities by funding 100% of school field trips and enrichment programming; funding teacher grants for classroom equipment upgrades and initiatives; sponsoring parent and community events; sponsoring teacher appreciation and school-wide events; and so much more.
In 2023/2024, we will spend an average of $200 per student. We rely on our membership drive to help us hit our fundraising goals.
All members who join/renew by Sept. 30 will receive a free printed student directory and bus note pad. All who join between 9/30-10/15 may purchase the directory & note pad for $5. All members will have access to our digital directory.

Topsfield Picnic Blanket
TESPTO is excited to partner with Beantown Blankets to offer our very own Topsfield-branded picnic blanket! Cozy fleece on one side, waterproof on the other, they're the PERFECT blanket for sidelines and picnics!

For every blanket we sell, Beantown Blankets will donate a blanket to a local charity of our choosing!
Trunk Or Treat 2023
Trunk or Treat is bigger and better than before - this year we will be on the Town Common! Come join us for an afternoon of community fun featuring live music, food and drink from Melt Food Truck, and, of course, all of the fun and spooky trunks you can handle!
Saturday, October 28, 4-6pm
Topsfield Town Common
Pricing is as follows:
$20 to enter a trunk; trunk entry includes trunk or treat goodie bags.
OR
$10 to purchase a TESPTO trunk or treat bag. TESPTO bags will be required for each child participating in voting and trunk or treating!
